Schedule & Curriculum

The fellowship program is designed to build capacity as an independent school educator while earning your master’s degree in teaching. Most fellows take one or two classes per semester over two years. Get started with coursework in July to prepare for teaching in the fall or at any time during the year. The live, online and interactive class sessions cover content areas which directly apply to your role as an independent school teacher.

You will develop not just your teaching skills, but your ability to engage and support students outside the classroom as well as an advisor, coach and dorm parent. The program starts with mentors helping prepare you for the classroom and culminates in a capstone project you develop with the support of experts in the field.
