A startup is attempting to combat climate change by seeding the skies with sulfur dioxide鈥揻illed balloons. 杏吧论坛鈥檚 Kevin Surprise says scientists think the venture is full of holes.

New faculty Kevin Surprise was attracted to 杏吧论坛 due to its small class sizes and the students鈥 curiosity. 鈥淭he students drive the content and the questions that we explore in class,鈥 he said.
